The last five options on the above menu are to give the ability to print hard copy output from the system as follows:-
1. Customer Sheet - a print of the first data entry tab on consignee maintenance.
2. Customer Products - a print of the above data with consignee specific pricing where this is installed on your system
3. Lists: of Products, Tariffs and Charges as well as a Price List of Code, 2 lines of description, unit cube and gross weight and the ex-works price from the static product data.
4: Address Labels: for consignees, buyers, forwarders, suppliers, and commission agents.
The label format requires Avery format L7163 (14 labels per A4 sheet)
5. Freight Rate Lists: of quotations recorded in the freight rates database for air, road and sea.
