On selecting this option from the drop down list a panel will appear as shown above.
 
Please enter the necessary information to convert from one currency to another The button  will only appear as an active button to be pressed when all the information is entered.
 
Go to            Toolbar - Tools - Apply a DISCOUNT or Surcharge
