All exporters are aware of the need imposed by say a Letter of Credit for a specially worded document/certificate, and these are unlikely to be exactly covered in the system, but this is where you can create whatever certificates or documents are necessary.

Hopefully, under the static files options, you will see that we have already set up some standard texts for certificates and documents, such as Beneficiary' Statements, in this static file for Extra Documents. If this is the case then please insert an item and then either type the title and text or merge the appropriate document text from the static file.

Please note that this area is treated by the system as a multi-page document so that if more than one special document is required, please create them on multiple pages.

One customer who has been with us for an extremely long time, and works almost exclusively on capital projects on letters of credit, has remarked that this option alone is worth the cost of the system.
