Where available, this is a stand-alone database for the recording of telephone, fax and e-mail data and sharing that with anyone running the Formwise system, which should stop the time-wasting effort of each person maintaining their own address books,
and can be accessed by clicking on the
icon on the drop down on
the Static files options.

It works in exactly the same way as other databases as described in the database help.
Having said all that, it is much more common to make use of the company's contact and email system, eg Microsoft's Outlook.or Lotus Notes etc.
This perhaps shows the longevity of the Formwise system which has been
in use since October 1989
