This is the store of the data about the additional charges for freight etc which are placed on an invoice in addition to the products and / or services which your organisation provides to your customers.

As with the products database, if your company is transferring data from its sales order processing system to Formwise and this includes charges and amounts, then this file may only hold records placed there by us for demonstration and testing purposes.

If you are unsure what data should be entered into a specific field, then the first course of action should be to press the "Alt" and "F1" keys and help will be displayed.
